Propose a Project for the European Identity Award

The award ceremony during EIC 2010 got intensive coverage in the media. Here you find the official press release describing the nominations and winners.

Kuppinger Cole will once again honor outstanding identity management projects and initiatives at the European Identity Conference 2011, which will take place on May 10-13, 2011, in Munich. The European Identity Awards will be presented on May 11, 2011 at the evening event of the conference.

The award will be given in the following categories:

• Cloud Provider Offerings
• On-Premise to Cloud Migrations
• Identity & Access Management
• Governance, Risk Management & Compliance
• Privacy
• Identity Related eGovernment Projects 
• Influential Standardization Efforts

We kindly ask you to make proposals for one of these categories. Each proposal shall consist of a one page description of the project explaining the project and why the project is, from your point of view, a candidate for the award. The project has to have been finalized within the last 12 months.

The jury will consist of KC analysts. The awards will be handed during an evening event at the EIC 2011. For sure there will be journalists and we will provide press releases about the award. We will take nominations until April 1st, 2011. Please clarify whether the nominees will be available for a best practice presentation during EIC 2011. We would like to see the winners and some close followers as best practice presentations
