VRM — Vendor Relationship Management — tools give customers new ways to interact with vendor silos, yet also to operate outside of those silos, managing interactions with many vendors at once. After years in quiet development, dozens of VRM solutions are just starting to come to market. These will produce profound changes when they arrive.
