Stephan Chrobok is Senior Manager and Head of Enterprise Risk Managemement Advisory Services with Ernst & Young in Germany. Following 5 years with Ernst & Young Consulting, from 1999 onwards he assisted in establishing Ernst & Young Risk Advisory in the German marketplace. He became Head of ERM Advisory in 2003. Stephan focuses on helping organisations of all kinds in better managing risk from a holistic enterprise-wide perspective, in processes and programs. Over the last years, he has served numerous clients from multinational enterprises to SMEs in improving their risk management capabilities.
