Dr. Kuhlmann plays a key role in the continued development Omada’s solutions, including the award-winning Omada Identity Manager solution that is built entirely on the Microsoft platform and integrates with Microsoft Identity Lifecycle Manager to provide a robust solution for Compliance Reporting and Advanced RBAC.

Since the 90s, Dr. Kuhlmann has been designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for global enterprises, while pioneering one of the earliest concepts for role based administration and role mining. Dr. Kuhlmann also co-authored several scientific articles on Role Based Access Control in a community from which emerged the NIST RBAC model. Prior to his employment at Omada, Dr. Kuhlmann has been an active contributor to the IAM space; he has been a distinguished panelist at the prestigious Burton Group Catalyst Conference, working with product marketing and management, and upper management consulting on IAM.
