Wolfgang Heidmann is responsible for the delivery of IT-Services to all pupils, teachers and staff in the City of Munich and for the design of the underlying infrastructure. To fulfill the service delivery portfolio in an efficient manner, the Department of Education is using Identity Management for its 150.000 users to deliver it´s services.

Wolfgang Heidmann has been working for the City of Munich in his current position for 9 years. The City of Munich supports one of the largest municipal school systems in Germany. Previosuly, he was Director of Technology at the Dalton School in New York City.
