Vesna Martinovic is currently Head of IT process management unit in Komercijalna Banka, Serbia's largest bank.

She is with Komercijalna Banka for over 10 years where she began her career as db administrator, and developed to the system architect and project manager. Vesna’s major achievements are in area of eBank and core banking solutions, ITIL implementation and Identity and Security Management. She is working on centralized User management and automatization of Role based administration.

She is very keen on transforming IT into Service management organization, integration of IT with the business.
