This session is the thought-provoking intro into EIC 2012. Nigel Cameron will lead through that session and talk with Martin Kuppinger about the trends KuppingerCole has identified and where you will find them again in the agenda. Martin Kuppinger will provide a first look into the KuppingerCole IT Model. He will also give some first insight into Personal Life Management, the hot topic of the next years which will fundamentally change what some call Web 2.0.
