Dates and Fees
The indicated fees are per person (plus VAT 19%) and include documentation, confirmation of participation, lunch and drinks. After receipt of your registration, we will send you the confirmation of participation and an invoice. The amount invoiced is payable immediately and in full, at the latest 2 weeks before the beginning of the conference
There will be no fees for cancellations up to 30 days before beginning of the event. For cancellations between 30 and 14 days before the conference, we will charge an administration fee of 50% of the participation fee. For cancellations later than this, we will charge the total conference fee. The cancellation must be in writing.
Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. Please note there will be a € 50 (plus VAT) processing fee for any substitution.
